Only applicable to all chains for sale on chain.com.au.

5% is indicative of the average price beat offered. The amount the price is beaten varies depending on the product. It could be more or less than 5%.

Must be for the same product and of comparable quantity and quality.

Does not apply to closing down sales, clearance sales, liquidations, auctions or on sale items.

Does not apply to products sold on eBay, Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace or the like.

Official quotation must be supplied.
Price and product on company letterhead. Contact number and personnel who approved quotation. Quotation needs to be supplied prior to purchase and be less than 30 days old. Offer doesn't apply to past purchases.

Applicable to any one chain worth $100 or more (including GST). Chain under $100 is at our discretion.

We will beat the price of a competitor once per product per customer. After that, any further discounts are at our discretion. We won't enter into a bidding war.
