Please note: Any goods over 5kg cannot be sent to a P.O. Box. Please always provide a residential or commercial address.

Any individual product that weighs more than 25kg will require a forklift (or walkie stacker) on site to receive goods. For example, if 30 metres of 8mm galvanised chain is purchased by the metre the total weight will be approx 35kg, if this is required in 1 continuous length a forklift will be required to receive, otherwise please order over the phone or via email so a truck with a tail lift can be sent. If unsure please email or call before ordering! Thank you.

Our online store currently ships within Australia only.
For INTERNATIONAL ORDERS please email us at sales@abaconproducts.com.au or call us direct on +61 3 9331 5544 and order over the phone as online orders can only be taken for Australian addresses.
Our goods are mainly shipped with Aramex Couriers, Couriers Please and Australia Post. We may also use other shipping companies depending on the size, weight and delivery location.

Some items, due to their size and weight may require a custom quote (view example). In that case, freight cost is determined by distance, size and weight. This will be noted on the item description. Add the item to your cart to request a shipping quote. You won't be charged for the product until you approve the custom shipping quote.
Some items, also due to their size and weight, have a different shipping price. This price will be listed on the product page. If you would like to bulk buy such items, please contact our team directly to request a custom shipping quote.
Items will be shipped after full payment has been confirmed. (Subject to stock availability).
We reserve the right to terminate any sale before it has been shipped and refund the buyer.
CLICK AND COLLECT
There are 2 options:
1) Order and pay online, and select 'factory pick up' during the shipping method check-out process. We will notify you once your order is ready.
2) Call 03 9331 5544 during standard business hours to place your order via phone and arrange payment via phone or upon collection.
Pick-up address: 6 Lemmon Ave, East Keilor between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding Victorian Public Holidays).
To protect our customers and our business from fraudulent transactions, all Click & Collect orders placed through chain.com.au are subject to the following conditions:
Identification and Verification

Customers must present a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g. Driver’s Licence, Passport, Proof of Age card) when collecting an order.

The name on the identification must match the name provided at checkout.

The original order confirmation (digital or printed) must be presented at the time of collection.
Collection by a Third Party

If a third party is collecting an order on behalf of the purchaser, they must present:

Their own valid government-issued photo identification; and
-
A copy (digital or printed) of the purchaser’s government-issued photo identification; and
-
The order confirmation (digital or printed).

We reserve the right to verify details with the purchaser before releasing any order to a third party.
Security and Fraud Prevention

For security reasons, we may request to sight the payment card used for the transaction, particularly for high-value orders.

Customers (or their nominated collectors) may be required to provide a signature to confirm receipt of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse release of an order if identification requirements are not met, or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Collection Timeframe

Orders must be collected within 90 days of receiving the order confirmation email. If the order is not collected within this timeframe, the items may be returned to stock and a refund issued at our discretion.
Liability
Once an order has been collected and signed for, responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer. Chain.com.au accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage after collection.
